Super easy, great communications. Was good not having to worry about collecting keys - so we were able to get on with what we needed to before returning to the accom. What we loved best about the apartment was knowing it was new and clean. So important has you can be let down if not careful when choosing something in Rotorua. We will be back especially when we have tournament weekends with our children. Thanks Grant & Michelle.

Beautiful modern apartments, very comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. It really was as good as the photos and reviews made out. It is a little out of town, and there is no outdoor space for young children but it was perfect for our group. I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay there again.
