It was very clean & comfortable Lots of room and beds good Close to shops & thermal pools

It’s in a main road so a bit of road noise

Location communication and cleanliness

Loud traffic noise and renters underneath accommodation

The cleanliness and the extra touches of bathroom toiletries items shampoo conditioner body wash The welcome basket on arrival and the amazing decor throughout the house wonderful energy. Property manager Ning was so helpful and available immediately to help via message and text when needed. Personal touch with a option when asked to Ning with late check out.. she kindly allowed us extra hour no charge with the extra day booking and ability to do so.. this was so helpful and appreciated. My family and I booked extra night due to how to the comforts of our stay here.. Highly recommend this 👌

The traffic noise especially that rooms are right next to the road. The backdoor steps were a bit steep lol Having neighbors right underneath the property whuch it was noted after the booking where it was asked in the booking welcome to be mindful and noise level down.. we not a loud family but felt restricted a bit uncomfortable..

Big kitchen and lounge. Kitchen had good facilities and plenty of utensils but we did struggle to get the cooking top ( Ceramic induction) to function but on callinig the hosts they were around in a flash and gave us a lesson but a book of instructions would be better. Typical of some electrical items...easy when you know how
