Just a few minutes stroll to the entrance for the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, cafes on your doorstep and the gateway to the Blue and Green Lakes, this apartment style home ticks all the boxes for a perfect holiday with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra living area/bunk room. Internal access garage for the bikes and a spa pool to relax in at the end of the day.
The Space:
The main living area features an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. This area flows effortlessly onto a north-facing deck, complete with a BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, offering a private retreat. Also upstairs, there's a second bedroom, also with a Queen bed.
Downstairs, discover a unique walk-through bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests, leading to the fourth bedroom. Bedroom four features a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy. The laundry facilities and a large single garage, perfect for parking or storing bikes, add convenience. Our host was extremely gracious and accommodating.This was a perfect location from which to explore Rotorua, Lake Taupo and the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the hot tub!

The beds were comfortable, the unit is spacious, there were plenty of towels, and conveniently located to town. Management was responsive to our request. However, the unit requires some maintenance and the living room furnishings were stained. Overall, a decent place, just needs some TLC.
