We loved how friendly the staff were. We loved they had extra blankets for us on each bed. Such a awesome place for our babies. Spas were beautiful. We loved it that much we are going back.

Amazing staff!! Go above and beyond. Theyre friendly, welcoming and nothing is a issue. Provided extra towels and sorted a change last min. 👌. Room was clean, had everything needed. Mineral hotpools were amazing after a big day! Would 100% recommend and go again!

I love the facilities, the pool is always a hit. Love how close it is to the city centre and also how there's 2 community kitchens.
Wish there was more utensils, and pots for free use.

I liked the location. Good air con.
Large window in kitchen with no blind and light came through all night. I had to get them to get cardboard for me to cover. Windows also on front door and light from cars and outside light. Bed was rock hard. No shelves or drawers to put any food. Can’t change towels in the morning until cleaner has been. Pools were much smaller than I thought and ended up not using them because too many people in especially kids.
