Style, space, convenience... Groovy on Grey is a bright and welcoming retreat. Equipped with everything you need, the house boasts open plan kitchen and dining, providing a social living space. The house is fantastically located for a visitor to the city being just a short walk or drive in either direction to a number of our favourite attractions. There is a great bistro up the road for your morning coffee and brunch (Urbano), or jump on your bike and be at the Redwoods in minutes.
The Space:
The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the remaining three bedrooms each offer comfortable queen beds. With two full bathrooms and a separate laundry equipped with a washer and dryer, the home is set up for a comfortable and convenient stay. Step outside to a huge backyard with a spa pool—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Rotorua.

You'll have access to the whole house including the garage.

Very spacious and comfortable house that was in a very convenient location. We were able to check in early which was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend this house.

It was a lovely stay and just what we needed. It was clean and the kids where happy as they had their own bedrooms. The hot tub was amazing. Thank you for a beautiful house and easy instructions. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Place was good. Trouble with washer/dryer….had to get in touch with property manager. Had to find breaker box and fix. Think this may be a recurring problem. Can’t run washer and dryer at the same time without blowing a fuse.Overall good.
