About this house rental
Summary:
A spacious, sunny three-bedroom family home in central Rotorua, with a private spa pool, BBQ and sunken fire pit out the back. Open-plan living spills onto a north-facing deck and fenced lawn - plenty of room for kids to run while you fire up the grill. Heat pumps in every bedroom plus the living area keep things comfortable year-round. Glenholme puts you minutes from the Redwoods, Skyline Gondola, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront.
The Space:
Three bedrooms sleep seven. The master has a king bed, ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen and walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single-over-double bunk plus a small desk - ideal for kids or a remote workday.
Two bathrooms - the main has a freestanding tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining table for six and a lounge with a smart TV. Each bedroom plus the living area has its own heat pump, so everyone gets their preferred temperature winter or summer.
Outside, the deck wraps onto a fenced lawn with the spa pool, BBQ and a sunken fire pit. Plenty of green space for kids.
Guest Access:
You have the whole house to yourselves - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining, deck, lawn and the internal-access double garage with a full laundry. Self check-in via the key safe means you can arrive on your own timing.
The Neighborhood:
Glenholme is a quiet, residential suburb just south of the Rotorua CBD - a friendly mix of families and retirees, with parks and walking tracks within strolling distance. You are a five-minute drive from the city centre, the Polynesian Spa and the lakefront, and ten minutes from the Redwoods, Skyline Gondola and Whakarewarewa thermal area. The street is residential so you will have neighbours about; we recommend drawing the curtains at night for extra privacy.
Getting Around:
Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a 10-minute drive. Most attractions are within ten minutes - the Skyline Gondola, Polynesian Spa, Te Puia and Lake Rotorua are all close by. There is free off-street parking in the internal-access double garage and on the kerb. Public buses run through Glenholme; the Rotorua i-SITE on Fenton Street has current timetables.

Lovely home in great location and perfect if travelling with adult children. Everything is a quick drive including supermarkets, eat street and redwoods (and start of Ultra that we were there for).

We were so pleased to find this home for our weekend away with family. The house is just as presented, very clean and well maintained and in a lovely quiet location. We used the kitchen, spa pool and outdoor fire and everything came together for an excellent stay - we’ll return!

My sisters and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful home! Amazing location, 10 mins or less away from all the main actives. Warm, cozy and every quite.
