Great camp ground for families with lots for kids to do, which makes a huge difference for family trips. Really loved the heated swimming pool and spa.
The supplies in the cabins could do with a bit more thought. Ie, better sized coffee mugs, a chopping board, a decently sharp knife, and a pair of scissors would have made quite a difference. Particularly given these things mostly weren’t available in the shared kitchen.

Awesome hospitality 👌 very helpful and friendly team
Loved the way we were looked after as we forgot our towels and they provided us some will definitely be returning again kids loved the pool
If there was vending machines with snacks would be great 😊

The pool was very clean ,with an amazing spa for adults. local trips were very accessible by bus or car. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. very basic but a great base to see around Rotorua on a budget.
Wifi would come and go but wasn't a big issue.
