Inside the main house, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms—two with super king beds and a third with a queen bed—ideal for couples or families seeking a restful stay. The living area is open plan with a sunken lounge stepping out onto the deck.
The fully detached sleep out adds flexibility and privacy, featuring its own shower and toilet, plus a set of bunks, a king single bed, and a pull-out single. It’s a great option for kids or extra guests. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the peaceful outdoor setting, Highfield Ride is the perfect base for your Rotorua getaway.

You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax in the living areas with a TV and wireless internet. The house was lovely and tidy - it was clean, warm and smelt ok. Location was central to where we needed to travel each day. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was timely and clear. Overall, we had a great stay - thank you!

On the positive, great communication and loved the spa. Unfortunately the place was thick with dust and cobwebs and so much hair all over the bathroom floor and hair clogged shower ruined our experience.
The sleepout was terrible! We tried everything so get rid of the old musty damp smell but could not shake it. It was strong and vile.
With a bit of TLC this could be amazing but it certainly isn't at the moment.
