About this house rental
Beautiful family home above the Rotorua Tree Trust Reserve you are only a few minutes ride down to the Whakarewarewa forest on safe pedestrian and biking access. Soak in the spa after a hard days ride or site seeing, gazing at the stars or absorbing the expansive views of Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island and Mount Ngongotaha.
This property is ideal for family get togethers or for mates getting together for a catch up and to explore the amazing outdoors Rotorua and its surrounding areas have to offer. Can comfortably host 2 families. There are multiple entertaining areas including two lounges with beautiful views over Rotorua, a large deck that leads out to the lawn and BBQ area so there is ample room to spread out and relax. The deck and grass lawn provide easy supervision space for younger children. Older kids can wonder over the fence to explore the adjacent tree trust. There is a secure lockable double garage to store your bikes and other sporting equipment.
The property has free ultrafast WiFI along with a well equiped kitchen, dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Both lounges have a heat pump and log burner for cooler Rotorua days.
Located 5km from Rotorua township, within 1km of major tourist attractions, including Te Puia geothermal area, mountain biking and a golf course. You are only a short drive to many of the beautiful lakes around Rotorua for various water activities!
Tihiotonga is a quiet safe and secure suburb overlooking Rotorua. Plenty of safe off road parking. The house is in a quiet residential area and there is a noise restriction - no unreasonable noise after 10pm - this is enforced.

No smoking or pets at the property please
No caravans or motorhomes without prior permission please
No more overnight guests than the stated booked numbers please.
No unreasonable noise after 10pm please.
No parties.
We respectfully request that no curries are cooked onsite, but takeaways are ok.

Great location and such a beautiful space. Very clean. Some bugs inside the house but in summer that is expected.Long driveway was not an issue at all as heaps of space to turn around. Very much enjoyed our stay! Would absolutely book again.

Great spot for our stay in Rotorua. Only gripe was boys had been keen to use the pizza oven, which was out of action
