Location great. Bathroom for every bathroom a luxury.. perfectct for large group.
Futon bed not a comfortable sleep at all need something additional to try and even out the dips.

Everything.
Heater in some rooms not working. Barbecue machine not working Some door and bathroom locks broken which was very hard for us

Location was excellent. House was nice and big, full kitchen, COFFEE machine included. Board games, huge tv, was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend to any groups or family holidays.
The house is a little older but was still perfect for our big whanau
