Great central location. Comfortable beds. Very clean throughout. The owner was friendly and communicative.
The people in the apartment above us were stomping around a bit, but they did stop at 11pm, so all was well.

The location of this property was excellent; a half-block off the main street in Rotorua. We could walk to plenty of restaurants and it was close to the central bus stop. It was safe and quiet. The bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was sufficient.
The description called this an "Elegant 2BR Apt with Courtyard." It was neither elegant nor did it have a courtyard. A lot of the furnishings were basic and dated, but okay. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were barely hanging on to the curtain rod. The washing machine was nasty! The garage where it was located smelled of mildew. The filter basket was so full of lint from many loads of laundry that it had caked into a solid block of mold. We emptied it and rinsed it out.
