the location was perfect for us being within easy walking distance of the Wai Ariki Spa and cafes. We enjoyed the upstairs balcony with a small view of the lake.
We couldn't get WiFi to work.
The lock on the bathroom door became stuck after my daughter had a morning shower. Fortunately she could get out through the games room and I was able to turn the lock mechanism later.

The proximity to the CBD was great, easy walking distance to local cafes and shops. There was plenty of heating available also, and the spa was a novelty in such cold weather.
There was a strong cooking smell throughout the unit, and several spider webs in the bedrooms. The spare blankets were soft and warm but need a wash as they were full of dust and made us all sneeze!
