Lovely, clean home. Had everything we needed. Excellent location. Just 30 mins walk into the town. Excellent location for all the activities we had booked.

It was easy to check in and a nice spacious accommodation. The beds were comfy and the outdoor space large.
There was what appeared to be black mold within the main bathroom - i also think perhaps air fresheners would be nice as the smell in Rotorua can be overwhelming.
