Central Villa

The proximity of everything near the house. Rotorua central was just a couple minutes away. The eat street was not too far too, as well as Skyline, Whakarewarewa Village. The house itself was pretty clean, got everything we need. A car park, 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen (even tho we didn’t use it), a BBQ. The addition of a washing machine and a dryer was a nice touch. It’s not a modern house but it’s a cosy one, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. We were a family of 3 but it can accommodate more people. And the staff was very fast to answer my questions when I needed some informations. Instructions to get into the house was easy to understand. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Rotorua.

The facilities are complete, and the host has already turned on the air conditioner when I entered.

The kitchen was lovely, and the living room was inviting for the family.

There was a lingering cigarette smell. Possibly a previous group but was quite off-putting. Not a great street and not somewhere I wouldnt stay again as the dogs in the surrounding houses would go off in the middle of the night.
