This is an unbeatable location for anyone wanting to be close to the action including the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The open plan living creates the perfect space for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. The living area is well connected to the outdoor area where you can relax while soaking in the spa pool or cook a BBQ while enjoying the sun.
The Space:
The house provides a comfortable single-level layout, ensuring easy accessibility throughout. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for optimal comfort and privacy: Master Bedroom: This spacious room features a Queen-sized bed, providing ample space for relaxation, and a private ensuite bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and amenities. Bedroom Two: This bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, offering a comfortable and inviting space for guests. Bedroom Three: This room is equipped with two single beds, making it suitable for children or individual guests.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hot tub, BBQ grill, and free parking on the premises.

A short drive or bike ride will take you to the Rotorua CBD, the renowned Redwoods Forest, and numerous other popular destinations. Nearby, you'll find the Rotorua Golf Club (1.5km), Whakawerawera - The Living Maori Village (1.6km), Te Puia (1.8km), and the heart of Rotorua's CBD (2.0km). For those seeking the beauty of the Redwoods Forest, the Waipa Entrance is just 4.8km away, offering an easy escape into nature.
Getting Around:
Public transport options are readily available, or you can easily walk or cycle to many destinations. For those arriving by car, free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The Rotorua Airport (ROT) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Major transit hubs are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
The house is situated in such a way that our driveway and parking area is close to the neighbouring house. The living and entertaining areas are on the other side of the house however and are quite seperate. We ask guests to be mindful of this when they are arriving and leaving the property outside of normal hours so the noise of vehicles and car doors etc doesn't disturb our friendly neighbours. There is parking for one vehicle inside the garage and parking for a second vehicle in the driveway to the side of the garage. Please make contact with us prior to booking if you have an over-sized vehicle or any additional parking needs.

Lovely light house with comfortable furniture perfect for relaxing. The spa made a wonderful way to warm up after being out and about enjoying Rotorua’s attractions. Most enjoyable!

This place was perfect for me and my two adult sons, we really enjoyed the stay, the hot tub was clean and quite relaxing. Neighbors were quite friendly, too. My only slightly negative comment is the outdoor chairs, do not sit in them, the fiberglass is deteriorating and you get fiberglass slivers in any part of your skin that touches the chairs. The owners should dispose of the chairs.
