Location is close to city central, handy for shopping, eating and activities like Polynesian Spa, Te Puia and Redwoods Forest.
The hot water and cold water taps in washbasin are separate in bathroom, not convenient during winter times when we need to use hot water often.

A very large house with rooms a very good size and the outdoor area was great in the afternoon
Quite dated with old carpet and bathrooms.
