Situación perfecta en Almaty; cerca del metro, tiendas, restaurantes, tren, Arasan… habitación amplia y práctica.
Ya que es un mini apartamento, con un cocina sencilla, eché de menos una mesa y utillaje (platos, cubiertos…).

Nice location and very big space in the room.
The mattress had a noticeable depression in the middle, causing the body to sink in during sleep and making it uncomfortable to rest properly. Additionally, there was no fitted sheet provided; instead, loose mattress covers were used, which came undone after each night, requiring constant readjustment.

Unhelpful staff, uncomfortable bed. Open shafts above kitchen area made a lot of noise through the night. No communal area
