A very nice and cozy place to stay while in Almaty. Cleanliness is a top tier plus the staff our so kind and accommodating. This place has it’s own coffee shop as well. Will surely stay here again when I come back.

Urban Yurt gets 10 thumbs up from me. Stayed with my husband for a few nights and will stay here if we ever return to Almaty. The room is just to well thought out. Enough place to hang your clothes, many plug points, close to many good eateries and attractions, staff are cool. So helpful. Free storage for luggage which helped so much! Please come to this hotel when you are in Almaty.

Super cozy and in very good location. We love our room. Room is very well thought out.. space was fully maximized. Everything you may need is available in the room. Had a very smooth self check in and out,.only thing is there’s no lift/elevator, so if you have big luggages, just be ready. Overall, had a super lovely stay!! Would highly recommend and definitely if we have the chance, we will book again,

Honestly, this hotel exceeds my expectation. Love the room design and cleanliness. Facilities are complete and everything is making sense. It was a shame that I could only spend 8 hours in the hotel. Would definitely come back the next time I am in Almaty.
