Everything, especially the location and staff. All the staff are super helpful and nice, especially Julia. The location is superb. Highly recommended.

Un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites, restaurants, cafés et transports à pied. L’établissement est très propre, calme et bien entretenu. Le véritable point fort reste le personnel : incroyablement accueillant, souriant, serviable, poli et toujours prêt à aider. Ils ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Almaty.

Absolument rien. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes, voire au-delà.

立地が素晴らしく、タクシーやスクーター（乗り方には要注意）でどこにでも簡単に行ける。近くにスーパーやカザフレストラン、カフェもある。 またベッドは扉で完璧に占めることができるため、防音は完璧ではないものの互いに気を遣わず快適に過ごすことができる。室内履きのゴムスリッパもありがたい。 24時間出入り可能。

8~10人部屋にトイレ兼シャワールームが1つしかなく、バッティングすることがある。 チェックイン時には宿の奥のキッチンを使えると聞きカトラリーを探していたところ、別の男性に高圧的にそこはworking placeだから入るなと言われた。オペレーションは統一してほしいし、仮に入ってはいけないのであれば冷蔵庫も使うことができないことになり不便。

The capsule was well equipped with everything. The hostel was in a prime location so easy accessibility to all stores

There was a man staying in the 6 bed female dorm room that i stayed in. This was not discussed with the girls living in the room prior to that person being given the room. I do not find it very comfortable sharing a washroom with a male.
