(+) walking distance to Dostyk Mall (Galmart Supermarket), Kok Tobe, and nearby restaurants; room is spacious; clean enough; with good packed breakfast
(-) front desk needs training on customer service (angry default voice; angry when requested fresh towels particularly the girl in front desk; when i was fixing my stuff at the lobby after leaving it for half day, cleaning guy looked at me angrily); no lift especially if you carry heavy baggage; no other facilities

Place doesn’t look too inviting as you walk in, sort of like a boarding house type set up, you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the reception, but actually the rooms are spotless, the location is great and the staff were friendly enough. A good price for a room in the perfect location, but don’t expect a luxury vibe.

Very simple but very clean. The free breakfast is a plus. The stairs might be a con for old people. There were times when the power would turn off temporarily. Wifi was weak in our room. It was still a nice stay.

Overall the stay went quite ok. However, I think you can get more value out of your money for its price. Looks like the building is under renovation, the hotel is at the 2nd floor and on the way to the hotel, there are still ongoing renovations happening. Location was at the center. Breakfast was not well noted. We ordered for 2 pax, and they gave us only for 1 pax with the wrong order. Reception is not english speaker so the communication was a challenge.
