•Budget Friendly. Cleanliness is supreme. Scented beddings, nice fabric conditioner.
•Excellent location. A lot of walking distance minisupermarket, restaurants, parks and shopping center
•Rooms are surprisingly in good condition as new as outside structure of the building looks old.
•English speaker receptionists.
•Wide variety of option in buffet breakfast.
•Less staff during breakfast. Dishes and utensils are not available, you have to ask. Not automatically filled in with newly washed plates and utensils.

No elevator. Third floor with luggage 😪
Our room was small
Staff didn't speak English and was quite rude
