One of the best places I’ve stayed in Almaty. The room was spacious, clean, stylish, and fully equipped with thoughtful amenities, from dining utensils and an iron to raincoats. Free laundry service was a huge bonus during my trip. The location is fantastic, and having a small café downstairs was very convenient. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Almaty.

I had a great experience at Urban Yurt. The cleanliness was truly outstanding — everything was spotless and very well maintained, which really makes a difference.
The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and when I had the chance to speak with the manager, the service was exceptional — very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, right in a prime area that makes it easy to explore Almaty on foot. The place is also quite new, and you can notice it in every detail.
The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the overall vibe of the place is fantastic — very welcoming and enjoyable.

Urban Yurt is a truly wonderful guesthouse. Its location is incredibly convenient, with many nearby attractions within walking distance. There are also plenty of convenience stores around, making everything easily accessible.
Although they do not provide meals, the room is well-equipped with kitchenware, a microwave, and a kettle. This allowed me to prepare simple breakfasts myself—I bought some eggs and basic ingredients, which worked perfectly.
Another great feature is that each floor has a washing machine and dryer at the entrance, making it very easy to do laundry during the stay.
Overall, I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience, and I really enjoyed staying here. The only downside is that the price is on the higher side. Considering the room size and the fact that no breakfast is included, it does feel a bit expensive.
