The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived before check-in time and they kindly stored our luggage for us, although early check-in itself required an extra charge. The hotel is not directly next to Arbat, but the walk via Panfilov Street was actually pleasant, especially in the evening.

The biggest issue was the entrance, which was quite difficult to find on the first day. Even our taxi driver had trouble locating it, as the entrance is through a backyard behind the main street. The hotel is on the second floors, and access with luggage is not very convenient because you need to use stairs and there is no elevator. The second-floor entrance area is somewhat nicer, but overall the access could be improved. The room also did not have a refrigerator, which would have been useful.

A quiet mini hotel on the third floor overlooking trees. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable spacious room with a large bathroom and good shower. Tea provided all day in reception with a microwave. Small guest lounge was nice. Great location, can walk to most sights. Excellent supermarket on the same block. Yandex Go is the Uber equivalent and very cheap. Lots of restaurants nearby

Call the reception when you arrive to get them to come down and open the boom gate for the taxi to get inside. The entrance to the hotel is in an internal courtyard area.

A great choice at this price point. The location was fabulous and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Close to the bus to Shymbulak and walking distance to a lot of the sites.

There was a bit of road noise, though it wasn’t bad enough to worry me terribly. It was worth it for the great location and value.

Staff team are helpful.

One zone of the hotel is carpeted and the carpets are dated or don’t look clean. No lift as the hotel is situated in a classic residential block and hotel is in the third floor. Staff help us to bring luggage up and down.
