This was our final night stay in Almaty and we needed a hotel near enough to the metro station for ease of visiting local attractions, near to late night eateries and to bus stop for route 92 to airport the following day. Staff, including Ms Aru were very helpful and made us comfortable. Bed was nice and comfy and shower was a delight due to high water pressure and easy temperature control. Would book again when back in Almaty.

This hotel is very nice and clean. They change our robe and towels everyday. also the location is near to everything. Their staff are very helpful, specially Akbota shes so nice.

Just enough space for 2 people to rest/sleep as we were always out and enjoying the city. There are only some areas in our room that looked old which probably needs to be fixed or renovated but overall, it was very quiet, location and staff were good. 👍🏼

As a tourist they dont understand english.
Staff not approachable and helpful at all especially the reception.
They charged us a lot.
The room is like a heavy feeling so dark, not clean at all.
No window that gonna makes you have depressive episodes.
The wifi is not working even.
I couldn’t explain how bad the service and the facility if i can give a no star i would do that.
The only thing that some people getting this property its just because of the location apart from that NONE.
