Room was huge and loved the partition hallway for living room and bedroom. Balcony was nice to chill and relax too. Downside is not having a lift but they do help you to carry your luggage & baggage. The breakfast was nice tho i expected it to be buffet style but it wasn't — you'll have to choose a option out of the menu but still nice regardless. The surrounding and area of the hotel is nice! Convenience stores and supermarket within a walking distance . Thank you!

Alisher, Shukhrat and Resident Hotel Gogol team are excellent hosts in making our stay comfortable. They treat you like one of their family. Aigerim arranged horse riding for my husband in Tau Asu and when I lost my phone in the Yandex, they helped in a big way to retrieve my phone from the driver. They care for all their guests to make sure our stay in their hotel is safe and trouble-free. Although the room we stayed in needs upkeep here and there but housekeeping did a good job overall to ensure the linens were fresh, clean and comfy. We were on the 2nd floor and whilst there’s no lift, they offer to help carry your luggage for you. And what’s more, we had a balcony where my husband could just step out to smoke outside any time. The a popular bakery/cafe downstairs where we can grab food, snacks, drink anytime and our stay includes free set breakfast at the bakery every day. For the price we paid, it’s really a good deal.

We actually enjoyed our stay. the room is nice, so clean and comfortable. The toilet is complete with amenities. The staff speak english. the breakfast is good as well and the location is PERFECT! near to supermarkets and near the main road. easily accessible by Yandex drivers as well.
