Awesome big room.. they added additional bed as per request without additional payment. Breakfast was great with many choices! They have a swimming pool and gym, which we did not try, no time. The lift was super small, we had to take 2 trips for a family of 5 with luggages. The bathroom was small, and slippery. The floor might had been washed with detegrent but not rinsed off with water properly. So had to be very careful to climb into the bathtub for shower. Please look into his matter. It can be dangerously slippery. The entrance to hotel reception was many stairs. Will need help with heavy luggages.

I have stayed at better hotels with more competitive rates than what I received here. While my overall stay was acceptable, there were several areas that could be improved. On the first day, our room was cleaned and tidied properly. However, from the second day onwards, housekeeping often came at a very late hour. Several items were also forgotten, especially towels, and we had to call the reception multiple times before receiving them. The room had a bathtub, but unfortunately, it could not be used because of a leakage issue. This was disappointing, as it was one of the facilities provided in the room. Breakfast had a good spread and there were halal food options available. However, the variety remained largely the same every day, which became repetitive during our stay. Pork was also served in the breakfast area. On a positive note, the staff who assisted with carrying my luggage and handling my check-in were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel has some good points, but the housekeeping service and room maintenance need improvement. My overall rating is 3/5.

We stayed 6 nights in a junior suite. We had 2 double beds, and it was super comfortable room and very quiet. the location was perfect as close by there are many restaurants and places to visit within walking distance. The cleaning was messy, always did it late in the afternoon instead of the morning as most hotels, so many times we came back to hotel after lunch and room was not done or even late in the evening… Was impossible to get a smile out of the staff….they were polite but often felt there were not happy to be there, slow and moody. We liked the facilities, the breakfast is correct, but always a bit the same…
