I stayed here for five nights on a business trip and had a generally pleasant experience, though the check-in process could be improved. Although I arrived at 10:00 AM and my room was ready, the hotel requested a 50% early check-in fee. Given my five-night stay, I felt a gesture of flexibility would have been more in line with high-standard hospitality. Instead, I chose to store my luggage and return at 2:00 PM. Interestingly, I stayed at another hotel in Almaty for just one night and was offered an early check-in free of charge. On the positive side, the hotel’s recent renovation creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, the breakfast selection is extensive, and the staff are consistently helpful. The housekeeping staff is highly warm and welcoming.

We stayed here 3 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room okay. There was not a lot of lights in the room. There was no overhead ceiling light. We did have a massive balcony which was nice. The hot water was sometimes intermittent - hot and cold water in the shower The staff was friendly. The WiFi was spotty. breakfast was really nice , a lot of variety of foods.

Dear prospective guests of tgis hotel At first I would like to talk about good parts 1. this hotel is near to a walking street which is good to visit at night particularly. 2. Their breakfast is good and not repetitive. bad part This is a 20 years old hotel that only its lobby has been renovated. All the rooms, stairs and other parts are quiet old. The moment we got into the room we understood that the walls need to be cleaned. I booked a king bed, but they offered us a double bed room.I asked from the receptionist to change our room, but he told me they dont have anyother room. he was not helpful at all and he did not apologize for this inconvenience. Even when I told him where is mountain view, he laughed. The pool is dirty, old, and small. the showers in women bathroom were broken. Mosaics of the pool's floor were broken, old and dirty. this hotel ovelooks some buildings and mountain view which was mentioned in our reservation was fake. hotel check-in is at 15 pm which really bothered us. there are many cheaper options with more competitive and cleaner facilities in this area.
