A warm home from home - spacious, bright and cosy. Characterful decor, original period features and comfortable furniture make a lovely place to stay. Perfect for relaxing in and a stone's throw from the beach, the station and Deal's best eateries.

- There is one bedroom with a double bed and a fold-up futon style mattress in the living room for a 3rd person.
- The patio garden is shared with an unoccupied flat.
- The key for the flat is in a key-safe.
- Long stay parking is at the station or supermarkets, a 1 minute walk from the flat - booked on the Deal train station parking app or on Your Parking Space app.
- For longer out of season stays, please message me for availability.

Although the exterior of this beautiful house looks tired, once inside the garden flat is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location of the flat is perfect just a stroll from the train station, the town and the seafront. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Deal

The flat is great, spacious and clean with everything you need for a break. Its centrally located, very bear the station and the beach as well as restaurants and pubs. Helen is a brilliant host, very communicative and quick to reply to m3ssages.
