Perfectly situated for our days in Kent! Shops around the corner, carpark as well, Ann Marie was incredibly helpful.

I love that the owners are very big on cleanliness. Everything is always spotless, there is good soap and hand sanitizer provided for guests, and I always feel very safe (I have a health condition where this can be a concern). It was also really nice that the owners provided fans; usually it doesn't get warm enough for me to need a fan (I live in a very warm climate usually), but we had some warmer days and the fans provided were perfect.

I have no complaints about this place. I came here for the first time back in 2021, and I loved it so much, I stopped wandering on holidays. Now, I use my time off to come here every summer.

The place was comfortable and clean, the beds were quite nice and warm. The house had good heating and is in a quiet road (there were some buses and trucks driving past, but it wasn’t an issue). Good location, next to supermarkets and the beach, also the host is very responsive and friendly. There were board games and books available.

The staircase is very steep and creaky, making it a bit difficult for people who need the toilet in the middle of the night (our case). It would also be difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues. The bathroom isn’t very nice, the shower area is very tight and there is little space for us to leave our things. Also it feels improvised, looking like the people who refurbished it used the cheapest possible materials. Also, the door was moldy. Lastly, not every room that is shown in the pictures is available at the house, so the house is smaller than it looks

Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Tiny, steep stairs up to the 2 bedrooms.
