A lovely house with high quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we could easily cook full meals - a very handy dishwasher as well. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Handy garage for the car although very tight for larger cars. Great position in Deal - just 1 road back from the sea, very quiet and only 5 minutes walk from the best pub - The Ship Inn.
The layout of the house is slightly unconventional. There is no outside space/windows to look out of from the lounge/dining room. The terrace is upstairs off of the games room. We were there in a heatwave and didn’t use it to its full potential as it was very awkward. If you’re there in the cooler months this wouldn’t really be an issue.

One of the main considerations for me was having a garage. My Honda Jazz Crosstar fit in just fine. The other was location. This was great too. Property was spread over 3 floors. As I was a lone traveller I didn’t use the top floor at all with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Huge dining table on ground floor and kitchen which was very well equipped. Live on middle floor really because I do love a balcony. Any queries I had were answered promptly by Saff…and she was very, very accommodating.
