Modern comfortable house with all mod cons and plenty of supplied equipment to cover all eventualities.
Nothing.. only the heat but nothing to do with the house.

Great location and fab layout. There were three of us plus a dog and there was ample room.
The garage is tiny and I think it would be a struggle for anything other than a very small and compact vehicle to fit inside. However, there is on street parking in and around the house.

A lovely house with high quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we could easily cook full meals - a very handy dishwasher as well. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Handy garage for the car although very tight for larger cars. Great position in Deal - just 1 road back from the sea, very quiet and only 5 minutes walk from the best pub - The Ship Inn.
The layout of the house is slightly unconventional. There is no outside space/windows to look out of from the lounge/dining room. The terrace is upstairs off of the games room. We were there in a heatwave and didn’t use it to its full potential as it was very awkward. If you’re there in the cooler months this wouldn’t really be an issue.
