Breakfast was nice - simple liked how it got delivered to the room in a sweet basket. View from our room was over the large pond. plenty of space to park. Reception lady was lovely, smily and very friendly.
The whole room needs a good makeover - especially the bathroom. Mispainted patchy walls. Shower sprayed out in to the bathroom. mouldy bits around shower - just generally tatty which was a shame - but suited 3 star status but not value for money especially without a decent breakfast- but with a bit of attention could be made higher rating. Definitely could have done with some fresh fruit accompanying breakfast and maybe a yogurt - wasn't enough milk to ratio of muesli.
