An idyllic countryside retreat, this boutique holiday home offers beautiful surroundings and an elegantly finished interior for a relaxing stay amongst the Kent countryside.. Ground Floor:

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request)
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Electric car charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Access is via a rough track and there is a pond at the front of the property - children to be supervised.. With far-reaching views over rolling countryside, Puxton Lodge sits in a truly idyllic setting, perfect for a peaceful break away. Nestled in the countryside close to the small village of Stodmarsh, picturesque rural walks and cycle routes await, with the village pub a mile away and the beautiful wildlife of Stodmarsh Nature Reserve a few hundred metres further. Here you are in an excellent position for exploring the Kent coastline, as well as the nearby historic city of Canterbury with its cobbled streets and impressive Cathedral within a 15-minute drive.

With two tastefully decorated and spacious bedrooms, offering every comfort you could need for a restful night. On the ground floor benefitting from being tiled throughout, a well-equipped kitchen has been exquisitely finished with the highest standard of appliances, whilst the open plan living/dining room features a large flat screen Smart TV and comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Outside, a wonderfully spacious garden with al-fresco dining patio is ideal for meals and BBQ’s come summer, from which you can admire the beautiful birdlife from the nearby nature reserve. Beach 10¾ miles. Shop 4¾ miles and restaurant 5½ miles.

A beautiful property located in a very quiet rural spot close to a nature reserve but still within 2 miles of a very nice pub and 3 miles to major supermarkets on the edge of Canterbury. Facilities were perfect and in excellent condition. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this house in Canterbury! The place was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness that made it feel fresh and welcoming. It had all the essentials I needed, making my stay both comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything was perfect and always available if needed. The location was great, providing easy access to the city while still being a peaceful retreat. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Canterbury!

We loved our stay at Puxton lodge had everything we needed and the host checked in on us to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend this little gem.
