Ubicata in luogo strategico a due passi dalla stazione Principe e relariva metropolitana. Ztl solo per taxi e bus. Accolti da personale gentilissimo. Pulitissimo e ordinato. A disposizione una comoda cucina con bollitore e macchina del caffè.
Appartamento un pochino umido, i pochi scalini per salire all'appartamento,sono un po' alti, da segnalare in caso di persone con difficoltà di deambulazione.

Esperienza "genovese", al primo piano di uno stretto vicolo, ma silenzioso e in posizione pratica. Il palazzo è certamente antico, non c'è un muro dritto! C'è stato impegno e astuzia nel recupero degli ambienti (sebbene non tutti gli artigiani abbian lavorato bene). Letti comodi. Buona la macchina del caffè.
Non lo consiglierei a persone alte oltre i 1.9m. Non lo consiglierei per soggiorni lunghi potendo risultare un po' troppo "chiuso" tra i palazzi. Sarebbero utili strofinacci da cucina e qualche piccola manutenzione/registrazione (portine cucina, porta del frigo che apra dal lato giusto, ecc), ma niente di che.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt, Einkauf- und Essgeöegenheiten sind in der Nähe. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt.
Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe, erreichbar über eine kleine Gasse. Entsprechend dunkel ist die Wohnung, in welcher es zudem (für und Nichtraucher) unangenehm nach Rauch gerochen hat.
