Didn’t feel like other booking.com flats, which were more professional.

Decent location, stayed 1 night

Main issues: There was no air conditioning despite a wall unit which did not function properly, resulting in a sleepless night. The shower pooled water after one minute. With several prompts, host responded a week later, after we arrived, with instructions and codes.

About 7 minutes walk from Genoa Piazza Principe Train Station (and 35 minutes walk from Genoa Brignole Train Station) 5. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, good wifi, big screen tv (if needed for family with kids), clean rooms, shop market nearby, lots of restaurants im the area (about 5-10 minutes slow walk) 6. Very good communication with the host (she speaks English fluent) 7. Very good value for the money for short stay (couple of nights)

Stylish loft style apartment in great location.

Really stylish apartment in a nice building only a few minutes away from the city center. The location directly at the port is also great if you, like us, go on a cruise. The MSC port is only a short walk away. We really liked the design and stylish/industrial look of the building and apartment.

Awesome value for the location, quietness, size, and cleanliness.

Roberto was a great host and easy to work with. He was really responsive to questions. The apartment was easy to find and the video sent made it easy to check in. I checked into several different hotels during this vacation and this was the best one. It also was where my family slept the best because the apartment had really good soundproofing. We heard no noise at all. I am super impressed and will go back again.

Nice modern apartment (apart from the bathroom) the location is really nice. He helped us with the parking.

The bedding was ripped, the sofa was very uncomfortable and we had to sleep on the floor, the towels were smelly, the kitchen and the bathroom were overall poorly cleaned.

Posizione ottima, pulizia perfetta, appartamento molto ampio e ben arredato, kit di benvenuto e dotazione nell' appartamento, parcheggio già disponibile la mattina dell' arrivo.

Mancanza di spiegazioni del riscaldamento e della tv. Dopo aver chiesto perché non funzionava la smart TV mancanza di supporto, molto caos nelle ore serali, persone che giocavano a tennis sotto le nostre finestre fino alle 23.50.

Ottimo soggiorno genovese

La posizione del Loft è comodissima, a piedi si arriva facilmente all'acquario ed al centro città con una piacevole passeggiata lungo il molo. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, nonostante sia un loft, quindi senza una reale divisione tra le stanze. E' anche silenzioso ed i letti molto comodi. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina di fronte all'ingresso di casa!

Keuken was sober ingericht, maar met zoveel leuke restaurantjes om de hoek was dit geen probleem

La posizione perché molto vicino all'acquario. Ma se apri le finestre del loft hai bande di stranieri che urlano per strada dalla mattina presto.

Il condizionatore non funziona. Bagno da rifare, vecchio. La doccia non scarica correttamente. Loft buio e foto non corrispondenti al vero. Costa troppo per quello che offre.

A szállás tetszett, legközelebb is szívesen választanám.

A szállás a kikötőben van, ezért nagyon közel volt a cruise hajónkhoz, az MSC World Europához, valamint a Genovai Akváriumhoz. Minden elérhető volt gyalogosan. A szállás rendezett, tiszta, kényelmes. A szállásadóval folyamatosan tartottam a kapcsolatot Viberen, és minden rendben volt. Korábban érkeztünk, mégis minden készen várt minket. Az ára is elfogadható volt. A második emeleten van a szoba, és lift is van az épületben, úgyhogy nem kellett a nehéz bőröndöket cipelni.

A hely szép, de kevés az étterem a közelben. A klímaberendezést nem sikerült beindítani, és mivel 40 fok volt, nagyon melegünk volt. Csak egy álló ventilátorral tudtuk egy kicsit lehűteni magunkat.

Posizione ottima, soprattutto per il porto vecchio e l'acquario. Parcheggio comodissimo sotto casa. Personale gentilissimo.

L'appartamento ha delle grandissime potenzialità (loft in un vecchio immobile riqualificato) che però meriterebbero di essere meglio sfruttare (alcune migliorate:bagno). La decorazione é un peccato in uno spazio di per sé così bello, anziché aggiungere, toglie. (Si tutto i fiori finti...anche no).

Gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Video, welches uns den richtigen Weg zur Unterkunft beschrieben hat. Die Beschreibung, wo die Schlüssel hinterlegt sind. Eigentlich ist es eine schöne Wohnung, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte und der Geruch im Bad nicht gewesen wäre.

El olor de la habitación, el sofá cama y su colchón improvisado viejo de mala calidad, las toallas viejas y con olor a húmedo, la limpieza de la habitación en realidad una porquería, el aire acondicionado terrible, el acceso en realidad es como ingresar a una cárcel. Para nada recomendado menos si van con familia, deben pensarlo mil veces. Hay otras opciones hasta con mejor oferta económica.
