Really good

Location excellent!!!I visited Paris all over the place by subway/underground and Disneyland Paris.. very cheap 2.50 euros each ticket.. Subway/underground a few steps distance Very quiet to sleep Shops open until really late so everything that was need I could get easily The flat is small but with everything..

Proche ligne 12 et de Montmartre

La proximité avec le métro 12. Les supérettes à côté de la porte d'entrée. La porte d'entrée blindée et sécurisée. La réactivité de l'hôte pour nous mettre à disposition tapis de bain, tapis de WC, torchon, éponge neuve et essuie-tout, une serviette de toilette suite oubli.

Appartement petit pour 4 personnes. Le bruit en soirée sous les fenêtres. La cage d'escalier vétuste. Le système électrique bof de l'appartement. Le micro-ondes qu'on ne pouvait pas brancher. La literie moyenne du lit et du bz.

Que desagradable sorpresa

El apartamento está localizado en Montmartre cerca de la basílica de sacré cœur.

el barrio es muy feo y huele mal, no es agradable caminar en la noche por sus calles, el edificio en general muy mal tenido, la entrada estaba un asco, llena de basura y malos olores, tan desagradable que tocaba retener la respiración para entrar y subir. El apartamento estaba en un tercer piso, al subir las paredes y las escalas estában en mal estado, la pintura y la pared se caia a pedazos. El apartamento se veía en el interior aparentemente bien, pero cuando nos acostamos, los colchones se deformaban las tablas de la camas se caían, las sábanas estabanviejas, parecían sucias y tenían mal olor. Las toallas también parecían sucias. Ni hablar del clóset, no lo pudimos usar por miedo a que se desbaratara. No pudimos descansar bien en el lugar, por lo poco confortables de las camas, además el calor insoportable y no había aire acondicionado ni ventilador, para poder airear el apartamento debíamos dejar las ventanas abiertas, pero el escándalo de los vecinos, los gritos al amanecer, las frecuentes peleas en las calles y los carros de policía y ambulancia, no ayudaban. No fue nada agradable la estadia hasta la policia tuvo que intervenir al interior de edificio por peleas conyugales.

Estaba bastante limpio, muy gentil la señora del aseo, considerando el costo de Paris, el sitio estuvo bastante accesible

El barrio no lo sentí peligroso, pero en la noche si hay mucho muchacho fumando, y que la bañera podría tener algo para evitar que se riegue mucha agua afuera

en la calle por la noche mucho ruido y no se podia dormir,en la ubicacion normal con metro muy cerca

el sofa cama estaba roto los soportes de la cama del salon.y nunca podimos conectar el wiffi,los servicios de la cocina estan con grasa y tuvimos que lavar todo antes de usar

Imbarazzante

L'appartamento si trova in una struttura fatiscente, sporchissima, le scale sembrano pericolanti. Ci si sente poco sicuri a salire. L'appartamento è messo un po' meglio rispetto alla struttura, ma l'abbiamo trovato sporco, non solo il bagno e i pavimenti, ma persino le lenzuola, sporche, palesemente usate, il divano era pieno di peli di cane. Nel bagno oltre il water e lo specchio sporchi, anche la vasca rotta. Una situazione davvero imbarazzante. Fortunatamente la proprietaria ha fatto cambiare le lenzuola il giorno successivo. (Ovviamente la prima notte abbiamo dormito sopra le coperte perché era improponibile dormire sulle lenzuola di qualcun'altro). L'appartamento è ben collegato, ha vicino un po' di tutto tra metro e bus, ma veramente credo che questa sia l'unica cosa positiva.

Lieu très bruyant, nuisance nocturne,conflits de voisinage. Lit inconfortable, draps déchirés, salle de bain insalubre, moisissures au mur et plafond,la lumière était une baladeuse .
