Gem in Koblenz

This place is so cute! Most of what you need for a short stay. Located near a great little bakery for coffee and pastries. Walking distance of about 20-25 minutes to boat tours and shopping and only about 10 minute walk from the train station. Very clean and nicely decorated on a quiet residential side street. Great Wifi! Highly recommend!

Taxis were not available when we needed them, so we walked, which was fine with us. Maybe have an iron available?

Im Großen und Ganzen Super!

Groß, sauber, komfortabel. Preis-Leistung top.

Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher, oder entsprechend ein Wasserkessel. Ausserdem war der größte Topf zu klein, um Reis, Nudeln oder Kartoffeln für drei Personen zu kochen. Es war eigentlich nur eine Stielkasserole!

Eigentlich gut, aber

Bad großzügig. Zweite Toilette und zwei Duschen.

Die Wohnung war nicht für die Übergabe vorbereitet. Es war nicht geputzt und es gab keine frischen Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Nach der Beschwerde wurden diese ausgetauscht, eine Reinigung fand aber nicht statt. Der Ablauf Dusche war verstopft. Das Wasser lief über. Die Dusche war praktisch nicht nutzbar. Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten bzw. Aufhänger für die Handtücher.

Man sollte nicht Geruchsempfindlich sein. Hier scheint eine Verbindung zu einer anderen Küche zu bestehen, denn der Geruch von Essen begleitet einen von morgens bis abends

Hat alles gepasst

Das große Bad und die geräumige Küche haben mir besonders gefallen. Es war auch wunderschön eingerichtet und alles schön sauber. Der Anbieter war auch extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

Meckern auf hohen Niveau wäre das: also das Erdgeschoss Apartment ist für mich als Frau im Winter an den Füßen ziemlich kalt gewesen, ohne Hausschuhe, ein paar Gästehausschlappen wären cool gewesen und ein kleines gemütlicheres Licht im Schlafzimmer zu dimmen, da gab es nur die große Lampe oben.

Modern appartement op de begane grond.

De hygiëne en de moderne uitstraling. Heel fijn dat het op de begane grond is gelegen. We hadden geluk met parkeren in de straat.

Wij hadden als zoekopdracht een appartement met 2 badkamers, als specifieke wens voor ons als 2 stellen. In de beschrijving wordt dat ook als beschikbaarheid aangegeven. Er was één badkamer en één extra douche. Als we dit hadden geweten was de keuze niet hierop gevallen. Dit is onjuiste informatie!

Die zweite Dusche ist etwas unpraktisch, man muss sich quasi im Flur abtrocknen bzw. ist sie wirklich nur zum Duschen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr stylisch und hochwertig in der Ausstattung. Zweite getrennte Toilette und eine zweite Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer großzügig. Kontakt zum Vermieter einwandfrei.
