We didn’t stay in the apartment and wouldn’t recommend this accommodation for a stay in Koblenz.
We were at the apartment for no more than 15 minutes until We discovered it was a shared bathroom which when we booked in March was not stated. We were only there that long while we found a modern hotel In the city on the internet.
1. It wasn’t until we got near to the building we realised it was in a run down area of Koblenz. There were homeless people and beggars everywhere including a homeless shelter.
2. The main entrance to the block was very scruffy and dirty white upvc door with no security.
3. The stairwell is absolutely filthy with dirt, cobwebs and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It also gives access to other apartments where we heard screaming coming from another doorway.
4. As stated we discovered the apartment has a shared bathroom, with two other apartments. So if six people were staying a single toilet and shower would have to be shared.
5. It was a very hot day, so we opened the window and found it to be very noisy from road traffic as it is overlooking a main junction.
6. Between our room and the next room in the apartment, the separation was just a double set of wooden doors that were secured with 6 wood screws only. Heaven knows what the sound proofing would have been like with the other guests in that room.
So we left as stated within 15 minutes to a modern, clean business hotel in the city. We informed Honeybee Properties of our issues. We requested a refund, however we were only offered a 20% reduction on our next stay, which we are obviously never going to do because of the issues stated above. So this was a hollow offer by Honeybee Properties in reality.

The room is comfortable and convenient for a short stay
The room was spacious and bright, with large TV and fancy light fittings, bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to Aldstadt, train station and bus. Bottled water and kettle was appreciated.
The entrance to the property is very dirty, possibly not landlord’s responsibility. The room was hot at night and the street was too noisy to have the window open, a fan would have helped. There was no spare toilet paper roll in the shared bathroom for two days, felt we had to ration it.

Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!
Mein Aufenthalt bei Honeybee Properties war rundum gelungen. Alles hat super geklappt, und ich habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat mich das Team – alle sind unglaublich freundlich und reagieren schnell, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Zimmer war genauso, wie beschrieben, und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Die Küche, wobei ich mir unter "Vollausstattung" etwas anderes vorstelle
Ich habe zwei Codes für die Türen erhalten, einen für den Eingang, einen für das Schlafzimmer. An der Unterkunft angekommen, war ich entsetzt, in welch schlechtem Zustand das Haus, in der sich die Unterbringung befindet, eigentlich ist. Los ging es damit, dass in der Haustür weder Schloss oder Zahlencode vorhanden sind, die Tür ist also faktisch nicht gesichert. Das gesamte Treppenhaus gleicht einer Baustelle mit bspw. herunterhängenden Kabeln, aufgerissenem Boden und Bauschutt. Vor der Wohnungstür war ich dann überrascht, dass der zweite Code und nicht der Erste Türcode funktioniert.
Vor der Tür meines Schlafzimmers innerhalb des Studios staunte ich ebenfalls nicht schlecht, denn hier gab es weder ein Code-Schloss, noch einen Schlüssel, weshalb ich die Nacht mit Stuhl hinter der Türklinke verbracht habe. Natürlich habe ich das reklamiert und auf meine Nachricht hin stand trotz des "verbarrikadierten" Zimmers eine mir bis heute Unbekannte Person in meinem Zimmer. Es wurde weder vorher über Booking dieses Kommen angekündigt, noch angeklopft, noch sonst etwas. Ich finde keine Worte, wie respektlos und anmaßend ich das finde, bis heute!!
Auf meine entrüstete Nachricht diesbezüglich mit der Aufforderung zur vollständigen Rückzahlung des Übernachtungsbetrag warte ich bis heute - Dabei ist für mich offensichtlich, dass es seitens Honeybee kein Interesse an einer Lösung gibt - Bis zu besagter Nachricht wurde ich nämlich durchgehend proaktiv mit irgendwelcher Werbung und einer Anleitung zum Trinkgeld geben genervt.
Ich bin vorzeitig abgereist und bereue das nicht. Nach wie vor behalte ich mir vor, den Fall an meinen Anwalt zu übergeben.
Daher kann ich nur alle warnen vor dieser Unterkunft und ich kann im Zweifel nur empfehlen, auf eine Alternative zurückzugreifen.

Einmal und nie wieder!
Die Lage war echt sehr zentral, man war sehr schnell im Zentrum von Koblenz und an der Brücke mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Mosel. (Siehe Foto von der Brücke)
Zimmer sind groß.
Das Haus in der die Wohnungen liegen ist sehr runter gekommen. Der Hausflur ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Kabel hängen (siehe Foto, Blick in den Innenhof) lose runter und es riecht stark nach Rauch. Haustüre unten ist Tag und Nacht offen. Jeder kann jederzeit in den Hausflur kommen.
Türcode zu den gebuchten Zimmern wurde mir vor der Anreise zwar mitgeteilt, aber funktionierte nicht.
Erst nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Vermieter kamen wir dann rein.
Die wie in der Beschreibung besagten luxuriösen Handtücher waren kaputt und alt.
Die Toilette leider nicht sauber gemacht. 🤢
Nachts war es viel zu laut da die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße liegen und ständig Autos vorbeifahren.
Das besagte Entertainment (Netflix) funktionierte am 2. Abend nicht mehr. War durch einen Code gesperrt.
