Beautiful apartment centrally located in Koblenz.

This is a beautiful apartment very centrally located in Koblenz. It is well equipped, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It felt like a luxury stay. Communication with the host was prompt and it was easy to access the apartment. It is a short walk to many major sites including the Altstadt, Schloss, Theater, shopping and Bahnhof. As it was snowing, we parked in the Schloss tiefgarage which is not cheap but only 5 minutes walk and it kept the car free of snow and ice. We would certainly seek out this property for futures stays and recommend it to others.

A great find. Lovely apartment

Great location. Very comfortable, bright and luxurious. Great value for money. Loved the fussball table. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it was very well equipped. Lovely street views from the large windows. Easy entry with key in lockbox. Close to Xmas markets and shops.

Only one bathroom between 6 people. This was the only negative.

Great place to stay when in KOBLENZ.

The size of the apartment. The quality of the kitchen. The soccer game enjoyed by the kids and even grandparents. The location.

The lift was out of action. Traffic is noisy at times but the noise could be shut out by closing windows.

Central, big, luxurious, overall great stay!

Big and spacious apartment, very clean! Central to Koblenz and the host were very good with the communication, quick to reply. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

The street below was sometimes a bit noisy. But for us only noticeable when in the kitchen and not when sleeping so it wasn't too much of an issue

Stressfull, climbing 6 flights stairs with washing, and 4 flights stairs with 23kg + luggage

Very central to everything - Does sleep 8 adults if you had a group.

Weren't told until we were standing out front of accommodation that it was on the second floor and the lift was broken. 2 x 66+ ladies had to carry their international luggage (23kg) + carry one, up 4 flights of stairs. Really not acceptable, we would never have booked this if we had of been informed before booking. For 8 people there is 1 toilet in the bathroom only. We also booked because it had a Washing Maching, and we had to contact owner to find it. turns out it is in the basement, so our washing had to be carried up/down 6 flights of stairs because the lift wasn't working. There is heaps on wasted room in the apartment, a huge wall of cupboards that a launderette could be installed in, also a big walk in closet could have been converted to Laundry or second bathroom off main bedroom. Received an email the day before leaving saying there was a surprise for us would be delivered, still don't have anything, no delivery, no part refund, nothing. And we had told owner on arrival that we would never have booked it it was disclosed up front that the lift was broken.

Ein sehr ungewöhnlicher und unangenehmer Aufenthalt

-Die Küche hatte flecken auf dem Küchentisch -Die Toilette hatte Waschbecken hatte ebenfalls flecken und war etwas schmutzig -Die oberen Nachbarn haben morgens sehr starken Lärm gemacht Hausmeister war 3 mal in einmal tag da und hat uns sehr gestört und genervt und ist in der Wohnung überall mit seinen Schuhen rumgelaufen Und hat nicht gefragt ob jemand im schlafzimmer ist und hat die tür aufgerissen und einfach rein Das war sehr respektlos! Ich möchte hierfür ein dementsprechenden Preisnachlass Und eine Rückerstattung Ich werde es mein Anwalt so weitergeben und Falls ich dieses schreiben unbearbeitet bleibt und keine faire Lösung gefunden wird.

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage in Koblenz

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Apartment riesengroß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten genügend Handtücher. Es war sogar ein zweites Bett bezogen, welches wir benutzen hätten können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in Koblenz sind.

Es war alles wunderbar.

Mega Bude ….. ausbreiten und genießen….

Lage gut, bequemes Bett, viiiiieeeel Platz, optisch alles bestens wenn auch einige Kleinigkeiten unpraktisch sind. Einchecken mit Code für die Schlüsselbox ideal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Apartamento muy bonito

El alojamiento en si es espectacular

Falta de mantenimiento. Faltaban varias luces, gotea fuera el grifo de la bañera, mala elección de materiales para ser de alquiler pues la gente no los cuida bien. A laencimera de baño que le queda muy poca vida y el suelo de parquet y la isla de la cocina han sido maltratados para la calidad que se ha puesto. Una pena porque el dueño tiene buen gusto
