Perfect for a family. Beware of parking expenses.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Koblenz. We were in a group of 5 people (2 couples and 1 single person), and the rooms accomodated all our needs perfectly. The location is central and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the open space of the living room/kitchen, and the apartment had everythign we needed. One of the pleasant surprises was that one of us forgot a bag with many cosmetics inside, and the hosts sent it back to us by post. As the bag had emotional value to us, this was much appreciated by all my family. We recommend this place!

It was quite hard to open the door when we arrived. So much that we thought the keys were for another apartment. We ended up trying to open the other apartments. Eventually we discovered how to open the door, got inside, and hoped the neighbours would not call the police on us. This is a hint to all future renters: the door is heavy, insist on it before trying the key on someone else's door. It would have been helpful to have something on the door (number, symbol), to confirm it was the correct place. The small bathroom by the living room had a funny smell, and a few nails were poking out from the floor junction between the living room and kitchen (minor issues). There is no parking in this property, and public parking was quite expensive (20 euros a night). Worth considering if you are renting a car like we did. We were aware of this when we booked the apartment, so it did not influence the score. There was someone's underwear behind one of the mirrors. We did not touch it and pretended it was not there during our stay.

100times better than usual AirBNBs

During our Germany trip we stayed at couple of places on AirBnB but we did not have good stay experience. However, my family had a wonderful stay at this place. The hosts are incredible and prompt in responding to queries, and ensures to provide comfortable stay to their guests.

Beautiful apartment in Koblenz old town

The apartment was spotless, clearly just renovated, with attention to detail both in comfort and style. Nice touch that the apartment even had board games. The apartment was fully equipped, including with tea, coffee, sugar as well as spices and cooking essentials, which is really convenient and thoughtful. The kitchen had all amenities that could be needed, dishwasher, microwave oven and even a soda stream. Rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for a lovely getaway. The apartment position in the centre of the town was just right for our needs (Christmas market visit). Hot water and heating flawless, as was the wifi. Finally, there is a public parking nearby, convenient for travellers with a car.

Everything was perfect. How to get the keys was maybe a bit complicated, but the host was very gracious and provided instructions on time, with a clear step by step approach.

Schöne Woche in Koblenz

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft und fanden die sehr Zenzrale Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar für Fragen.

Wir hätten uns eine Filterkaffeemaschine gewünscht, ansonsten alles gut.

Geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum Kennenlernen Koblenz.

Sehr geräumig und innenliegend sehr ruhig für die belebte Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Große Zimmer und gute Betten mit Licht und Luft über Dachfenster. Teils interessante Innengestaltung und liebevolle Accessoires sowie ein paar Spiele für die Kinder. Manchmal wirkt es jedoch auch sehr einfach. Waschmaschine und Trockner für Nutzung zugänglich.

Eine komplette Verdunklung aller Fenster zur Straße hin sollte möglich sein. Die regelmäßig genutzten Möbel müssten gereinigt werden. Die E-Geräte in der Küche wirken zusammengestückelt. Die Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck ist zu gering. Es reicht nicht mal für die einmalige Grundausstattung bei 6 Leuten. Eine der 2 Pfannen ist nicht für Induktion geeignet. Die Lüftung im kleinen WC funktioniert nicht. Der Luftabschluss im Siphon der Dusche im großen Bad funktioniert nicht und lässt daher fauligen Geruch aus der Kanalisation aufsteigen.

Angenehmer, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist von außen eher unscheinbar und 80er, die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, wirklich schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, es ist alles da, was man braucht und zu allen Themen gibt es Erklärungen auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in einem zentralen Ordner. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin in passendem Umfang (wir hatten immer alle Infos zur Hand) und sehr nett.

Top Lage, alles war fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Sehr praktisch sind die zwei Toiletten. Etwas mehr Geschirr in der Küche wäre gut. Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Zu empfehlen!

Heerlijk, centraal, ontspannen: ruim top appartement!

Met mijn vrouw, dochter van 2 en mijn schoonfamilie heb ik een paar nachten in februari in dit prachtige en ruime appartement doorgebracht. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is fantastisch. Het appartement is ruim en van alles voorzien. Dat samen met een centrale ligging maakt dit de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Koblenz en omgeving te verkennen. Zo hebben wij een trip langs de Rijn gemaakt en de vele kastelen bezocht. Tip: parkeer je auto stiekem even voor de deur om alles uit te laden en parkeer daarna in de garage om de hoek in dezelfde straat voor een goede prijs. Bespaart je een tocht met de koffers. Inchecken en uitchecken ging super soepel en flexibel. De beheerders zijn goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Als je twijfelt, zeg ik: doen!

Top appartement in de binnenstad van Koblenz, AANRADER!!!

De ligging van de accommodatie was ideaal voor de kerstmarkt. Ligt centraal en kerstmarkt, winkelcentra en winkelstraten zijn vlakbij. Ondanks de centrale ligging is het 's nachts rustig.

De verduistering in twee slaapkamers is niet mogelijk. Maar daarvoor liggen er slaapmaskers, dus ook dat probleem is prima opgelost. Dus er viel niets echt tegen

Optimal und wunderbar für ein paar Tage in der Stadt

Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche sehr großzügig geschnitten. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, zwar etwas laut aber sehr zentral. Vermieterin ist eine nette Ansprechpartnerin, die sich Mühe gibt, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

Stylisches Wohlfühl-Apartment mitten in der Stadt - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Das Apartment ist sehr modern, stylisch und geräumig eingerichtet. Trotz der hohen Wände gelingt es, eine besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu schaffen. Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sodass es einem an rein gar nichts fehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Frenchpress inklusive Kaffeepulver und eine Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, insbesondere, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Man befindet sich an einem sehr zentralen Punkt in Koblenz. Bei der späten Anreise waren die Gastgeber:innen sehr hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar, was ebenfalls einen großen Pluspunkt gibt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten als Gruppe lediglich zwei kleinere Kritikpunkte ("Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau"): Das Apartment verfügt zwar über alles, was man für eine Reise benötigt und mehr. Leider ist die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer aber etwas unbequem und klein für den riesigen Wohnzimmerbereich. Wir haben am Tag der Ankunft die Handball-EM geschaut und im Anschluss einen langen gemütlichen Spielabend gehabt. Eine größere, bequemere Couch wäre dazu passender gewesen. Der zweite kleinere Kritikpunkt besteht darin, dass noch benutzte Teller in der Spülmaschine standen. Dadurch, dass ausreichend Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden waren, ist auch dies ein eher kleines Störgefühl für eine insgesamt überdurchschnittlich positive Erfahrung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top sauber. Die Lage war echt gut und wir haben uns einfach richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Theresa war easy und unkompliziert, alles hat einwandfrei geklappt! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt
