Definitely recommend!
I was impressed by the location of the house and the landscaping. Trees and greenery. It is like a house in the middle of the forest. On the mansard floor, the lighting is very well regulated. There are electric motors for blinds. There is a balcony from which the city and the Rhine river can be seen

Spacy and in the woods with a big kitchen and clean toilet facilities. large refrigerator, electronic stove and lots of beds.
despite mentioned on booking.com the top floor apartment is quite warm. swimming pool is only allowed for person paying, his partner or friend can’t use it.

Gute Luft, ruhig und erholsam.
herrliche Aussichtslage, wunderbar ruhiger, großer gepflegter Garten. Ich habe sehr gut und ruhig schlafen können. Hier kann man abends komplett abschalten, so erholsam ist es und morgens kann man sich vom Vogelgezwitscher wecken lassen.

Überteuertes und unkomfortables Appartement
Die Lage (zentrumsnah), schöner Ausblick
Für diesen Preis haben wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt! Die Wohnung ist nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, die über kein Geländer verfügt. Das obere Appartement ist komplett offen, es gibt keine abschließbare Tür. Auf Sauberkeit wurde auch nicht viel Wert gelegt, überall Spinnweben und Essensreste im Geschirrspüler (hier waren bereits Ameisen am Werk). Das komplette Appartement war mit den unterschiedlichsten Teppichen ausgelegt, die Einrichtung alt und absolut nicht aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir waren zu 9 in der Unterkunft, es gab allerdings nur 5 Betten... Die restlichen Matratzen wurden einfach auf den Boden gelegt - unzumutbar! Kopfkissen waren nicht überzogen... Der Außenbereich war völlig zugestellt mit alten Möbeln, die Bank mit einer in die Jahre gekommenen Auflage - absolut nicht einladend zum Verweilen nach einem Stadtbummel (siehe Bilder) Am Poolbereich ebenfalls ein Portfolio an Sperrmüll, auch der Einstieg zum Pool sehr abenteuerlich und gefährlich! Wir können die positiven Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen - leider hat uns diese Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht!
