Excellent Stay for Families with Babies!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The cleanliness and spaciousness were exactly what we needed, especially traveling with small babies. The rooms were all generously sized, and the beds were very comfortable. The inclusion of a washer/dryer with washing liquid was a huge plus, incredibly helpful when dealing with little ones. The flat was very well-equipped with everything we required, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, the bike storage room was a fantastic asset, allowing us to safely store our strollers. We highly recommend this apartment for families!

We didn't fully anticipate the number of stairs leading up to the flat, as well as the internal stairs. The bathroom is also located upstairs. This could be a consideration for those with mobility issues or very young children. Despite this, we highly recommend this apartment for families!

Very good option to stay in Koblenz

The house was beautiful, modern, very well equipped, super clean, comfortable rooms, ... everything about the place itself was great. The instructions from the host to get into the place were clear and we had no issue. We loved the jacuzzi and the sauna.

The parking situation - there was construction work going on so we couldn't park in front of the property, and there were no parking spots available on the street, we had to drive round the block several times. Also, access to downtown is convenient if you have a car, but if not, I think there are not too many options with public transportation. The jacuzzi - neighbors complained about the jacuzzi being on in the evening, and it was not even 10pm.

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Sie wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist da! Der Kaffeevollautomat war gefüllt, der Whirlpool beheizt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Engin ist super-nett und antwortet sehr schnell, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider sind die Betten sehr weich. Schwierig für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden :) und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort vom Gastgeber bekommen bei Fragen. Es war auch eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit Wein & Pralinen als willkommensgeschenk. Wir würden es 100% weiter empfehlen:)

Es waren leider alle Heizungen aus (Ende Januar) da hat es ne Weile gedauert bis es warm war.

Wir haben jede Minute genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn es uns möglich ist, würden wir sehr gerne jedes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit und alles, was Sie getan haben – es war wirklich perfekt!

Ich mag diese Wohnung wirklich sehr. Auf den Fotos kann man nur einen Teil der Zimmer sehen, aber sie ist wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern, und man findet fast alles, was man braucht – es fühlt sich an wie zu Hause. Schade nur, dass ich diesmal so kurz bleiben konnte. Beim nächsten Mal komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Wohnung ist super! Sie liegt im schönen Stadtteil Güls, der viel Geschicht hat. Für einen Koblenz-Aufenthalt perfekt

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt! Drei Schlafzimmer + Wohnraum. Auf richtige Kleiderschränke (ich denke um die Räume nicht zu „erdrücken“) wurde verzichtet, dass war für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Woche aber kein Problem. Alle Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Mir gefallen auch immer Bilder an der Wand, dass macht alles gleich richtig wohnlich. Das Badezimmer war toll, super-Größe, schick und sauber 👍 Betreibt die Ferienwohnung weiter so toll und mit all den „Goodies“, da kommt man gerne zu Besuch nach Koblenz. Wir würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. ☺️

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern! Für eine Ferienwohnung war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar noch mehr, Sauna und Whirlpool laden zur Entspannung ein 😉

Die Kopfkissen fanden wir etwas zu gross, leider waren in allen Betten dieselben. Durch die zentrale Lage hat der Garten leider wenig Privatsphäre.

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall! Speziell für Reisende welche mit Fahrräder kommen (sogar am Laden von Batterien wurde gedacht).

Ich hätte noch deutlich mehr Tage hier verbringen können.

Absolut hochwertige und vollständige Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage, mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Whirlpool und Sauna waren das Highlight für die Eltern am Abend.

Mit Kleinkindern war es etwas gefährlich, wir haben die Treppe selbst provisorisch abgesperrt. Auch der Couchtisch ist schnell mal umgekippt, wenn sich ein kleiner Mensch darauf abgestürzt hat.

Tolles langes Wochenende in einer Wohlfühloase!

Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen. Dazu mega sauber, an Dinge wie Müllbeutel, Tabs, viele Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bademäntel und Kosmetika im Badezimmer gedacht, einfach hervorragend! Zur Begrüßung gab es Moselwein und Pralinen, da fühlt man sich sofort herzlichst willkommen!

Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren das Highlight. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Alles sehr modern. Auf jede Frage wurde direkt geantwortet und gehandelt. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war top ausgestattet, um warme Getränke brauchte man sich nicht zu kümmern. Der Wein und die Pralinen als Willkommensgeschenk waren eine super nette Geste.

Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist, dass zu dem Zeitraum als wir dort waren, das Parken vor dem Haus nicht möglich war aufgrund einer Baustelle am Nachbarhaus. Das Gepäck dann von dem in der Nähe liegenden Parkplatz dort hin zu schaffen war nicht ganz so einfach 😃

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die im Garten befindliche Sauna sowie der Whirlpool!

Die Unterkunft war nahezu perfekt.

Wir waren zu 5 und damit war ein Bad/Toilette etwas zu wenig. Gerade morgens wäre eine 2 Toilette sehr wichtig gewesen. Was man vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt hätte sollen, waren die doch sehr hohen Treppen. Für jemanden mit einer Gehbehinderung ein Problem. Die Betten waren sehr, sehr weich.
