+ Leuk tuintje met jacuzzi en sauna voor 2 + Prachtige moderne badkamer + 3 tweepersoonskamers + Moderne keuken + Mooie kunst/schilderijen door de woning + Wasmachine + Privé oprit voor 2 auto's
- Helaas geen droogrek tot de beschikking om even wat uit te hangen - Erg benauwd, geen airconditioning (alleen 1 losse draai airco) - Smalle/kleine bedden voor 2p, eerder twijfelaarbedden.

Super Unterkunft mit nettem Host. Alles ist vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt quasi direkt vorm Haus.

Gute Lage in einem Stadtteil von Koblenz (Güls), gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge. Sehr ruhige Wohnung, super Ausstattung (sogar die Kaffeemaschine war gefüllt!). Schöner Garten, Whirlpool vorhanden.
Enge Einfahrt und steile Treppen, Bad mit Toilette ist im 1. Stock.
