Stayed at apartment for 4 nights on face value was nice, but when we went in bedroom part of the floor was broken and clothes rail. On the the night while trying to sleep the road noise was so loud it was like the windows were open. So had to buy earplugs which didn't really help also people who were staying upstairs sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. The owners are difficult to get hold of, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you like your sleep.

Very very nice place and great communication from host.
Very clear, responsive and informative communication from the host and the host is very polite too! It's a very nice place and well kept! It was decorated very well and has everything you would need from TV channels, YouTube, Netflix, towels, crockery and cutlery, fridge, washing machine, cooker and hobs. We both slept well! (One on the double bed and me on the sofa bed) My sister enjoyed sitting at the desk in the bedroom watching the planes taking off from Birmingham airport! There are plenty of food deliveries available on Deliveroo and some local places too. Hopefully we'll be back someday to stay again!
A little traffic noise which can't be helped as it's just the location, but we're both used to traffic noises so it was fine for us. I would say the shower floor is a bit slippery when wet so I would recommend a shower mat. There were a couple hiccups with the messages between the host and I as it seemed the messages were compromised and I was receiving messages from some randomer who called me "customer" and not my name and asked me to "confirm my booking before it gets cancelled" by using a link they sent which is an external link outside of Booking.com (big red flag, don't click on external links!), however, the host did get in contact and told me to ignore those messages and that the booking was fine! Very clear, responsive and informative communication from the host, so fair play! Otherwise, there's no other negatives!

Beware of double charges and phishing attempts!
The stay itself was fine, but due to the payment issues and lack of response, I cannot rate it higher than a 3/10.
I stayed at this property and was charged twice for my stay. Despite providing proof of my original payment, the host refused to issue a refund and kept delaying the process, claiming they were waiting on a third party. Additionally, I received phishing links via the Booking.com chat, with the host later claiming their email attached to Booking.com had been hacked. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property. If you decide to stay here, make sure to double-check your transactions and be aware of potential security risks.

Handy for the NEC
Great location for the NEC, plenty of food options in a walkable distance.
Settee very uncomfortable, outside step dangerous, just a breeze block. Shower head attachment broke. Bedroom flooring coming apart. Dirty glasses. Lack of proper utensils. Dirty entrance hall.
