A refaire excellent rapport qualité prix
En premier lieu la sécurité et le calme du logement La literie et le confort des lits .. les 'équipements,une douche italienne des plus agréable. La proximité d'Annecy centre Nous étions qu'un couple avec 2 enfants mais un logement qui offre une belle opportunité avec 2 personnes de plus..beau volume et fonctionnel
S'il fallait vraiment relevé un point, en cherchant ce serait peut être l'indication du porche de l'immeuble qui ne se voit pas quand on arrive dans les allées principales de la résidence...ou peut être n avons pas su voir l'indication...

Pour une nuit cela convient.
Résidence calme. Hôte présent.
Le fait de dire que le parking est facultatif alors que aucune place non privée (ou alors je ne les ai pas vu et non indiqué par l'hôte). Du coup payer 10 euros pour une nuit je trouve cela excessif (au moins le dire dès le départ). Odeur dans la salle de bain. Lits superposés faisant beaucoup de bruit quand on bouge dans la nuit. Site vraiment éloigné de commerces de proximité.

Loin du centre mais confortable
C'était confortable notre séjour ne durait qu'une nuit mais nous avons apprécié les literies, l'hôte était aimable et précis ce qui était agréable. Je recommande !
L'appartement est très loin du centre, il faut faire 40 minutes de bus pour arriver à l'Impérial par exemple. Je vous conseille cependant de prendre un vélo pour vous déplacer c'est bien plus agréable et rapide (18 minutes de vélo pour aller à l'Impérial). Peut être pas très pratique pour le festival je vous recommande + proche du centre.

Dommage pour l'accueil, sinon le reste est ok.
On est très loin de l'habituel "bienvenue chez vous". Je loue une quinzaine de bien par an, jamais eu un accueil et un départ pareil! Lecture du règlement pendant 30 minutes avec le tour de toutes les pénalités financières, c'était plus qu'intimidant. Au moment du départ, il m'accuse d'avoir logé une 4ème personne vu qu'une couette a été retournée (on était bien 3 pour autant). Possible que ce loueur ait eu des soucis par le passé avec des locataires, mais dans ce cas, il vaut mieux se retirer des plateformes si traumatisme il y'a.
