コスパが良いです。設備などホテルと比較したら劣る部分はもちろんあるが、民泊との前提で考えると十分であった。賛否あるが、1Fがキッチンダイニング、2Fが洗面と浴室、3F, 4Fが寝室に分かれているため昇降移動が面倒という意見と、プライバシーとパーソナルスペース確保が取りやすいとの声も。近隣に駐車場はあるものの、満車率が高いため近場の駐車は運しだい。自身は徒歩1分の所に停められました！
複数あるベットの柔らかさ、硬さがそれぞれ異なるため好みのものが使えれば良いが、ベットの争奪戦になって寝づらい硬さのものを使うことも。特定の、長らく使用されてきたマットレスはスプリングのワイヤーを体で感じることも。。。新品で寝心地の良いマットレスももちろんあった。また、全体的に「清潔感が無い」のでは無く、長らく使われてきた印象を持ちました。洗濯機の毛くずキャッチャーや洗濯槽の定期掃除が行き届いていなかったため、自身が掃除しました。笑　我々の次に宿泊された方は超きれいにされた洗濯機を使用しているはずです！
