    The room so big and the price it’s great but there was no staff there all self service but I recommend if you come with friends or family! Location was ok not too far from the train station

    I highly recommend this hotel. No staff and reception as it’s self-check-in and the instructions are easy to follow. Room is spacious with complete facilities, clean beddings, towel. Location is great it’s near train stations and quiet area, unlike in the busy areas of hotels in Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. If you’re looking for spacious and perfect for family this hotel is highly recommended.

    I booked this reservation months ago and never did I receive any message or acknowledgement message from the host. As my arrival approached, I got really nervous that I had not heard anything from the host. I sent numerous messages and emails and I NEVER got any response. In a panic, I contacted agoda who literally told me that I was overreaching and over thinking. Agoda rep reassured me everything will ve okay and that they would send an urgent message to the host to contact me. Still, i never got By response. After all day of traveling, we finally arrive at the location and I get a message from agoda stating they are still in the process of contacting the host. It's nighttime and raining by this time and I am livid. After awhile I finally checked in but the point is that they caused me undue and unnecessary stress. And agoda did not get back to me until the following day so had I bee. Unsuccessful at checking in, I would have had to book another place for the night. Unacceptable!!! The place itself was ok but the lack of customer service and communication, I just can't understand. It is not the way to run a business. Never again, will I book with this host. And, shame on agoda! I dont think I will ever book through agoda again either. This experience just left us very sour about our entire trip to Osaka.
