離地鐵很近，附近有超市跟超商，木津市場也在附近，房間設備齊全，環境很乾淨，頂樓還有一個露臺
二樓的電視比較舊一些，房間在二三樓要爬樓梯可能比較不適合長者

民宿非常乾淨，周邊補給很方便，有提供炊具可以煮食，還可以自行丟垃圾，保持舒適乾淨的環境，是再次家庭旅遊的首選

トイレが各階にある。 自炊に必要な物が全て整っている。 シャンプー類、歯磨きセットもある。 WiFiも完備。 コンビニ、駐車場、駅もすぐ近くで立地も最高です。 生活に必要な物は全てあり、海外のコンドミニアムの様です。 スタッフの対応も迅速で安心です。
建物が若干古さは感じられ、部屋を暗くすると、窓下の壁の隙間から外の光が入っていました。

離大國町站很近，附近也有超商、超市採買方便，有洗衣機和曬衣樓頂很棒。
樓梯較陡長輩需要多注意，希望浴室可以多個置物或換衣的空間。
