KOKO House-Free Parking-

The apartment and location was really nice and convenient. The apartment was neat and spacious. It is also a 2 minutes walk then theres a bus stop going to namba.

I think you could add coffee cups more for a big group.

I was looking for a facility that could accept a big group. The Koko House was perfect choice for me. I like almost everything, the owner is very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. The owner exerted a lot of effort to meet my requests! It even exceeded my expectations! The faciluties and equipment looks brandnew and well maintained. The rooms are very clean, pillows and bedsheets are similar to hotel. There is complete towels, toothbrush, and even free laundry detergent incase you need to do laundry. The sofa expands to sofa bed. The aircons are fresh, cool, and no signs of molds. It is perfect! It is like staying in a 5 star hotel (of course except the daily cleaning because this is like an airbnb). It is all I ever wanted. This place is something you shouldn't miss, seriously.

Very comfortable house and spacious rooms compared to hotels. The house was in accordance with the photos released by Booking. Check-in and check-out system done easily. Close to train stations.

In the first floor room was found a living centipede that came out under the bed towards a person who was staying. Fortunately, there was no incident, but if there was, it could have spoiled the planned trip..

食器などは充実していたのですが、残念ながら箸がなく。そこが残念でした。 清掃代などで15000円取られるのですが、床にゴミがあったり、お風呂場のカビ、洗濯機があって便利でしたが蓋に汚れが沢山あったりと、清潔感が少しなかったように思います。 写真では車2台停めれるようになっていますが、軽自動車だと停めれます。普通車は１台のみです。
