location abit walking distance from Namba station, its okay for us even with luggages, nearby walking distance have many shops and family mart, 7-eleven, etc so very convenient to get things you might need house is very clean, very new, only one unit per floor, secured access from main building to each floor with doorlock, outside have balcony, can hang clothes to dry if needed, bathroom has dryer mode with heating to dry up laundry, however we have alot of clothes and in rush, so we go to nearby coin laundry Let's Laundry せんたくラッコ within 5mins walking open 24hrs and have wash & dry mode in 1hr, very easy

Very clean and new. Modern look. Has elevators. Loved the open concept.
A 10 minute walk to stations. Felt far with luggage but doable.
