The location is great. You have a full content unit for yourself. The view is also nice from the balcony. There is parking in front which is convenient. There is 1 complimentary cleaning service for 5+ days stay. Staff is easy to contact for requests.
The washing machine was difficult to operate. It would be appreciate if there is some instruction.

The location is great, close to a major metro station and many shopping streets. It is clean, quiet and spacious.
The apartment could use a few more facilities, like a cloth drier stand, towel hangs and a bit more utensils for cooking.

Apartment 101 was dirty with cut fingernails on the couch and an empty bag of potato chips under the table. We addressed this to the hotel which was noted however no action happened. All rooms in apartment and bathroom had a bad smell which did not change after 2 days. Opening the windows did not help. Poor outside view. We booked this apartment due to the high ratings but was a disappointing experience unfortunately.
