Cheap, good location, and big room.

Stains on ground, dusty underneath the beds.

The apartment was a good size for Japan. Having a laundry machine in the unit was very convenient. It was also close to the metro station, which made getting around easy.

We stayed for 4 nights , but unfortunately no one came to clean the apartment during our stay.

Good location between 2 subway stations. FamilyMart and 7/11 close by. Large room for Japan standards, had a washing machine in the apartment, could dry clothes in the bathroom dryer. Had a sitting area and a table which is uncommon for Japan. The bathroom was a good size and was clean.

The self check in process didnt feel welcoming, it was all automated and no staff in sight. When we got into our room, although advertised as non smoking, the room smelled of smoke. When contacted Sky Living, I didnt received much feedback just that they were sorry and that the smell came from outside. The bed had a mattress topper, the sheet only covered the mattress topper and would regularly come loose during the night. The mattress topper was very very soft and uncomfortable. The pillows were memory foam and extremely hard, we found them so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep. When we contacted Sky Living they said they couldn't replace the pillows, so we were forced to buy new ones ourselves for the duration of our stay. At night we heard the same loud banging noise 2/3 times each night that woke us from our sleep. The light from nearby buildings wasnt blocked by the curtains and caused the room to be quite bright and the noise from the streets was audible throughout the night due to the poor soundproofing.
