Замечательная квартира! Есть абсолютно все: кухня, где есть все принадлежности для готовки, ванная со всем необходимым, чудесная кровать и очень мягкое постельное белье. У меня была проблема с забытой карточкой в номере - хозяин её решил за 5 минут, хотя времени было уже 23 вечера и я приготовилась морально спать на улице 🤣но он меня спас. Район спокойный, рядом есть магазины, по вечерам очень тихо, недалеко до метро.
Это не проблема квартиры, но слышимость очень плохая - был чемпионат по футболу и компания мужчин кричали всю ночь, спать было невозможно.

家族５人で利用しました。近くにスーパーもあり、駐車場もあり、不便なところは1つもなかったです。
階段が急だったところくらいです。

フロントが無く!?メールでのやり取りでしたが素早い対応で良かったです。冷蔵庫も大きくてガスコンロ、レンジ、洗濯機、掃除機までも有って長期、ショート向きに良いと思いました。広々とした部屋でした。先着4台分の駐車場も有りで良心的価格です。近くにマートも有って便利でした。
窓ガラスがひび割れたままでした。トイレの水圧が激しかったです。食器は使う前に自分で1度、洗った方が安心かもしれません。同じ宿泊客なのか上の階なのかうるさい時も有りましたが注意書き指示はしてありましたので時折なのかも?
