Great location for Universal studios and shopping, Very fun japanese style house, all amenities you ever need and quite a nice place
Smells a little mouldy, and if you are tall, you will be bending down to not hit your head. Would have been nice to use the dryer but overall not required

Poor internet, dusty ledges and under bed floor, damage kitchen floors and walls, towels with smell, put dust allergies were triggered, shower area open floor drain with foul smell at GF
